Apple Cobbler with Sour Cream Drop Biscuit Crust



The recipe for this is an adaptation from Bon Apetit's Blueberry Cobbler. Substitute equal amounts of chopped fresh apples for the berries and add another tablespoon of flour to the fruit mixture. For the crust, substitute the creme fraiche for regular sour cream. You may also make the crust by mixing it quickly in a food processor. Do not over-work. Serve with vanilla ice cream, of course.
