Feta Accompli

If you haven't encountered watermelon and feta salad on a menu, you should expect to very soon. It's a brilliant combination that the Greeks have enjoyed for years. Top with paper-thin vidalia or red onions, a small amount of fresh chopped oregano, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. It's destined to be a summer staple at our house.
