Tasting Menu: Tomatoes Three Ways

Three courses of fresh, in-season tomatoes from our garden and local farms in celebration of the summer vegetable.

Saturday Sauce: Cherry Tomatoes with Basil, Olive Oil and Garlic

No. 1: Cherry Tomatoes with Pureed White Beans, Garlic and Oregano {amuse bouche}
No. 2: Spaghetti with Cherry Tomato Sauce {pates}

No. 3: Red and Yellow Caprese {salade}
